Extract this file to your fifa 16/data/scenesets/pitch folder
if there is already a file with same name then just replace it and extract .
other method go to your fifa 16/data/scenesets/pitch folder and delete specificpitchmowpattern_95_0_0_textures.rx3 or specificpitchmowpattern_95_0_335_textures.rx3 .after delete extract this file to fifa 16/data/scenesets/pitch folder then regenrate with file master,i68 or cg file explorer.
